Today the national appliance repairs team recieved a phone call about a non functioning washer dryer in firhouse. After confirming the booking we arrived on site and serviced the washing machine. Simple fix the dryer thermostat just needed to be reset.
The National Appliance Repairs office received a phone call from a customer in Swords County Dublin. The customer reported their Hotpoint washer dryer to have stopped working mid cycle with steam coming out of it. The machine also had a clicking noise coming out of it. At National Appliance Repairs we also repair and service all types of domestic appliances such as washing machines, tumble and condenser dryers, ovens, fridges and freezers. The technician called out to the customer’s house and inspected the machine. He found that the belt had snapped and the pulley wheel on the back of the machine needed to be tightened. He was then able to replace the belt from stock he had with him in the van so the job was completed within the hour and the machine was back to full working order.
The National Appliance Repair team received a call in the office from a customer stating that their Miele washing machine was not working and was not completely sure as to what the problem wash. Here at National Appliance Repairs our technicians repair a number of appliances and brands; from Belling electric ovens to Zanussi fridge/freezers. The customer made an appointment for the next day. One of the technicians went out to the customer that morning, identified the problem (a blockage) and completed the job and the machine was back in working order within the hour.
The National Appliance Repairs office received a call from a customer in Clondalkin, Dublin 22. The customer reported that their fridge had a pool of water on the base of the fridge. It was arranged for a technician to call out at a suitable time for the customer the next day. The customer indicated that their fridge was an Electrolux brand; which is one of the many brands that National Appliance Repairs deal with. The technician called out to the house and inspected the machine, he could tell the drainage pipe at the back of the fridge that normally collects the excess moisture was blocked. Normally the excess moisture or sweat that occurs in a fridge is collected in the drainage pipe which drips the water onto the warm cooling pipes and the moisture is then evaporated. As this was blocked the excess water had nowhere to go so it began to collect on the base of the fridge. The technician unblocked the drain pipe and explained to the customer what to do in case the drain pipe ever blocked again. The fridge was then back to full working order.
The National Appliance Repairs office received a call from a customer in Wicklow who was reporting their Flavel dryer to be emitting some heat but not enough to dry the clothes. This would in most cases suggest over the phone to the technician that it may be the heating element. As the dryer was located in a working office environment they requested a technician the next day who could call out in the morning. The technician arrived and discovered that indeed a new heating element was required for the Flavel dryer. Due to the more unusual brand of dryer the part was put on special order with the suppliers and this took 3 days to arrive, as soon as the part arrived it was installed and the dryer was working at the correct temperature.
The National Appliance Repairs office received a call yesterday afternoon from a customer in Ballyfermot, Dublin 10 who described their Creda double electric oven as not working. The customer was unsure as to why it was not working, so we suggested the best idea would be for a technician to call out the next morning to investigate the machine. At National Appliance Repairs we also repair and service all types of domestic appliances such as ovens, washing machines, dishwashers and cookers. The technician arrived to the house this morning and upon inspection of the machine he could see the oven was not heating up. He explained to the customer that this meant they would need to replace the oven element. As the technicians carry a stock of common spare parts in the van he was able to replace the oven element there and then. He had the job completed and the oven back to full working order within the hour.
