Today we completed 14 out of 16 jobs on the first visit! Most of which were completed without having to replace a part – so just cost the call out and labour charge!
One job was a dishwasher that hadn’t worked in four yrs(lets just say it was a ‘bit’ smelly inside) all that was wrong was a piece of broken glass stuck in the drain pump – remember 95% of the time its cheaper to repair than replace….
We got a call from a customer this morning about his dishwasher which sometimes wasn’t heating and he couldn’t figure out why it would sometime and wouldn’t other times. On accessing his machine we found a broken wire in the door which was causing the problem – a quick fix and no need to replace any parts :)

Today National Appliance Repairs attended 18 house calls. Of the 18, 11 machines were repaired onsite without the need for spare parts, 5 required parts that were in stock in the vans and 2 require parts to be ordered.

Today at National Appliance Repairs we received a call from a customer in Wicklow Town who was having issues with her Siemens washing machine. On arrival our technician found that the drum wasn’t rotating and the spin cycle was not completing. After a quick dianostics we found that the motor brushes were worn out. A quick problem to fix and the parts were in stock in the technicians van.
The National Appliance Repairs Office received a phone call from a customer in Kildare Town. The customer reported that their Samsung oven was not heating to the correct temperature. The office arranged with the customer for a suitable time for the technician to call out the following day. National Appliance Repairs cover many areas in Leinster such as Dublin, Wicklow and Kildare. The following day the technician called out to the house and confirmed that the thermostat was worn out and would have to be replaced. The technician has a stock of parts in his van and he had a new thermostat which he was able to fit on the spot and the oven was then restored to full working within a hour.
Today National Appliance Repairs recieved a call from a customer in Rush and Lusk about a broken Bosch oven door glass. Her son and husband were playing golf in the kitchen and got a bit excited……. The part was available from Bosch and was replaced within 3 days.
