Neff oven repair Kilcullen Co. Kildare

The National Appliance Repairs office received a call from a customer in Kilcullen County Kildare, the customer is currently renting the property out and the tenant had told them the oven was not working.  The customer went on to explain that the Neff U1421 oven was not heating up. Although the fan is working and the red temperature light comes on and the top oven and grill are still working. The office then took the tenants details to make the appointment directly with them at a time that would suit. The technician then arrived out to the house at the decided time. Straight away the technician could determine that it was indeed the element that would need replacing, to do this he: powered off the machine, removed the screws holding on the back plate inside the oven, this exposed the element. He then removed the 3 screws holding the element in place and was then able to remove the element and replace it with a new one. After the new one was fitted into place he replaced the back plate and powered on the machine and then the oven was back to full working order within in the hour.
