The National Appliance Repairs office received a call from a customer in Monkstown, Co. Wicklow. The customer explained that the door on their Neff double electric oven would not close and hence heat was escaping from the oven. As oven doors as rather expensive to replace the technician agreed that the best idea would be for him to call out and repair the door rather than replace it.
