Miele washing machine repair in Crumlin Dublin 12

The National Appliance Repairs office received a phone call from a letting agent with a tenant in Crumlin Dublin 12 that had reported that their Miele washing machine was not washing. The letting agent passed on the details of the tenant and the office contacted the tenant and arranged a suitable time for the technician to call out. He found the impeller was blocked and opened up the machine to see it was blocked by a colour catcher. He then manually drained the machine through the lower drain hose by bringing it down lower then the drum and then was able to the remove the blockage from the filter. After this the machine was powered on and was back to full working order.
