The National Appliance Repairs office received a call from a customer in Terenure Dublin12 that was reporting that their Bosch dishwasher was not working. The customer explained that the machine would not start the cycle. Some of the most popular brands that we fix are Beko, Belling, Powerpoint, Mille, Bosch, Hoover and Samsung. The customer suggested a time the following day that would be suitable for a technician to inspect the machine. On arrival the technician inspected the machine and found there to be a blockage in the drain pipe, in this case there was blocked by fat and food particles that had been poured into the sink. He disconnected the waste pipe from the sink waste pipe and removed the solidified fat from the drain pipe. He then reconnected the pipe and ensured it was still in place. He then tested the machine and found the blockage had bee successfully cleared and the machine was back to working order within the hour.

The National Appliance Repairs office received a call from a customer in Clondalkin Dublin 15 who described their Electrolux double electric oven was not working heating up as it should yet the grill and fan was still functioning. The customer was unsure as to why it was not working, so we suggested the best idea would be for a technician to call out the next morning to investigate the machine but more then likely the problem would be with the element. The repair was relatively simple as the technician found there to be a block in the dishwasher drain pipe. The machine was fixed in a very short matter of time and back to full working order within the hour with minimal cost to the customer.

He then discovered the problem to be fit the timer, the timer operates water level, filling and emptying, length of cycle and cycle sequence. He was then able to suggest to the customer that replacing the timer would be the best option. He then ordered a new timer with the consent of the customer. The timer was ordered from the suppliers so when the timer arrived with the technician he called back out to the house and installed the new timer and the washing machine was back to full working order.

The National Appliance Repairs office received a call from a customer in Kildare Town reporting that the door of their Whirlpool washer dryer was leaking water from the machine during a cycle. After a conversation with the technician it was decided that the rubber seal around the door had been torn. If the rubber is torn (not just come out of place) it would normally need to be replaced in order to ensure that it will act as it should as a seal to keep the water in the machine. The rubber seal is generally very specific to the make and model of the machine so this meant a call to the suppliers, they assured us the part was in stock and we would have the seal the next morning. The next day the seal arrived to the office and we were able to arrange a time that suited the customer to have a techinican out to fit the door seal. This meant the job was done efficiently and with minimal cost to the customer.
