The national Appliance Repairs office received a phone call from a letting agent who had a rental property in Rathfarnham Dublin 14. The agents tenant had described the Hotpoint washing machine as making a strange noise and the drum was not spinning. The tenant noticed the machine was making severe noise and turned off mid cycle and had not worked since.
