The National Appliance Repairs office received a call from a customer in Blackrock Co. Dublin who was reporting that their Beko dishwasher was not working. On arrival the technician inspected the machine and found there to be a blockage in the drain pipe, in this case there was blocked by food residue. He disconnected the waste pipe from the sink waste pipe and removed the food remains from the drain pipe. He then reconnected the pipe and ensured it was still in place. He then tested the machine and found the blockage had bee successfully cleared and the machine was back to working order within the hour.

The National Appliance Repairs office received a call from a customer in Santry Co Dublin. The customer reported that their Whirlpool ladder style fridge freezer was not working as it should. The fridge part was not cooling yet the freezer part was working as normal.
